Group Work
II: Dealing with Conflict & Evaluating Want to encourage interaction between your students? Group work is an excellent way to accomplish this goal. In a two-part seminar, Professor Ines Eishen will discuss how to go about this, from getting started to final grading.
In the first part, “Establishing Group Work,” Professor Eishen discusses ways to come up with group work projects, techniques to get the students interested and involved, and how to set deadlines and goals. The second part, “Evaluating Group Work,” covers techniques to set standards in order to determine individual grades and how to handle conflict.
